"Ashish Hansi"

We received this post below. Try to help this person, mainly because one of Mr. Chagger's main victims suffered suicide attempts on 3 separate occasions. The latter being fatal blow. That story is to come in due time but is also part of the abortion scandal. See the archives.

People's lives are taken instantly because of harm caused by others' greed and arrogance. Tragedies play out due to selfishness of sickening minds in our society. This behaviour must stop!

"My son Ashish Hansi B.Com L.L.B. 24 years old was to appear I.A.S. exam-2003 but committed suicide on 20.02.2003 . After personal investigation found that a man was used to compel my son to commit suicide along with others co-accused but BSNL neither provided I/C sms & voice-mails w.e.f. 02.11.2002 to 28.02.2003 nor details of non CLIP numbers as per claims of BSNL . I presented petition during Sangat Darshan on 12.04.2007 to Hon’ble Chief Minister Punjab at Chandigarh for justice. Six months are being completing but no hope of justice till date. Meanwhile DIG Ludhiana constituted SIT consisting of three SPs on 22.06.2007 but Status of complaint is still same as on 12.04.2007. On inquiry from SIT members is told that BSNL is not providing details of required informations, but not logical as claimed by BSNL to conceal identity of culprit due to which statements are differed by differ officials of BSNL." Plot Thickens

One of the victims family asked me to write about their brief and what is happening now. The family solicitor in the U.K. has tried to contact to Anandeep Singh Chagger (on numerous occasions), where his mother or father tell the solicitor (after they find out what the call is regarding) they can't understand his English. The solicitor has a Hindi speaker call; the grandmother of the residence states she is just the cleaning maid or the father says he can only speak Punjabi. When the Punjabi colleague calls, well, the father or mother just hang up. On one occasion an English speaking man retrieved the phone from Anandeep's father to say send a letter to state who the solicitor is. That has already been done. On two occasions and once via email. Please see the images to the right of the tracking via courier and tracking via email.

The family is requesting dna samples of Mr. Chagger regarding an aborted foetus. The young woman was harassed by Mr. Chagger to abort his own child and Narinder Chagger (the father) claims the child isn't belonging to his son. One wonders why they won't submit to the request? Yes, the plot thickens with this man. More to come.

Graphology and Mr. Chagger's Handwriting

We had a graphologist in Mumbai do an analysis on Mr. Chagger's handwriting. You can see a piece of his writing in the picture (we've cut it down for privacy's sake). The level 3 graphologist reported she found these traits in his handwriting. Mind you, the graphologist said it would have been very beneficial if she had his capital "D" writing or "C". There was nothing to put forward for this request. These are the exact notes below from the graphologist. The graphologist also did not know if the handwriting given was from a male or female until later on during the session.

We encourage anyone to take this handwriting sample, or contact directly for the original to take to their own graphologist and get the results. This is being encouraged so it doesn't look any judgmental or one-sided. A graphologist in India is quite cheap and or you may have a class look over it as part of their assignment/studies.

Graphology and Using It in Cases of Crime

Will be writing more in regards to this in future for this blog and cases.

Graphology is based upon the following basic assertions:

* When we write, the ego is active but it is not always active to the same degree. Its activity waxes and wanes; being at its highest level when an effort has to be made by the writer and at its lowest level when the motion of the writing organ has gained momentum and is driven by it.

* When the action of writing is comparatively difficult, the writer uses those forms of letters which are simpler or more familiar.

* The muscular movements involved in writing are controlled by the central nervous system. The form of the resultant writing movement is modified further by the flexibly assembled coordinative structures in the hand, arm, and shoulder; which follow the principles of dynamical systems. The specific writing organ (mouth, foot, hand, crook of elbow) is irrelevant if it functions normally and is sufficiently adapted to its function.

* The neurophysiological mechanisms which contribute to the written movement are related to conditions within the central nervous system and vary in accordance with them. The written strokes, therefore, reflect both transitory and long term changes in the central nervous system such as Parkinson's disease, or alcohol usage.

* The movements and corresponding levels of muscular tension in writing are mostly outside of conscious control and subject to the ideomotor effect. Emotion, mental state, and biomechanical factors such as muscle stiffness and elasticity are reflected in a person's handwriting.

* One must examine the handwriting or drawing movements by considering them as movements organized by the central nervous system and produced under biomechanical and dynamical constraints. Given these considerations, graphologists proceed to evaluate the pattern, form, movement, rhythm, quality, and consistency of the graphic stroke in terms of psychological interpretations. Such interpretations vary according to the graphological theory applied by the analyst.

* Most schools of thought in graphology concur that a single graphological element can be a component of many different clusters, with each cluster having a different psychological interpretation. The significance of the cluster can be assessed accurately by tracing each component of the cluster back to their origins and adapting the meaning of the latter to the conditions of the milieu in which the form appears.

ya i highly doubt this man is innocent. i stayed in ireland for 3 years and sikhs were coming over and giving themselves a bad name by doing stuff like this. loads of them were screwing girls, messing with girls, marrying for residency only just sickening and degrading women. no care to the damage they caused. it was an embarrassment and made the rest of us who are good look bad.

I wish this man the worst for all he has done to our image and our community and to the women who are his victims. the sod most probably doesn't have any remorse or sorrow for what he did.

The Indian I.T. Act, Section 67-A

THE LAW ON PORNOGRAPHY IN INDIA

Pornography and Obscenity

The term ‘pornography’ when used in relation to an offence is not defined in any statutes in India but the term ‘obscenity’ has been effectively explained in two statutes in India, and these legislations prescribe that ‘obscenity’ in certain circumstances constitutes an offence. These legislations are (i) The Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) and (ii) The Information Technology Act, 2000 (‘IT Act’).

Although neither the IPC nor the IT Act defines what ‘obscenity’ is, section 292 of the IPC and section 67 of the IT Act, (which corresponds to section 292 of the IPC) explain ‘obscenity’ to mean anything which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest or if its effect is to deprave and corrupt persons. Therefore according to the law in India, anything that is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest or if its effect is to deprave and corrupt persons would be considered to be ‘obscene’.

Obscenity as an offence under the Indian Penal Code.

Section 292 of the IPC comprehensively sets out the circumstances in which ‘obscenity’ and / or any ‘obscene’ material is an offence.

According to section 292, (i) whoever sells, lets to hire, distributes, publicly exhibits or in any manner puts into circulation, or for purposes of sale, hire, distribution, public exhibition or circulation, makes, produces or has in his possession any obscene book, pamphlet, paper, drawing, painting, representation, or figure or any other obscene object whatsoever or (ii) imports, exports or conveys any obscene object for any of the purposes mentioned in (i) above, or knowing or having reason to believe that such obscene object will be sole, let to hire, distributed or publicly exhibited or in any manner out into circulation, or (iii) takes part in or receives profits from any business in the course of which he knows or has reason to believe that any such obscene objects are, for any of the purposes mentioned in (i) above, made, produced, purchased, kept, imported, exported, conveyed, publicly exhibited or in any manner put into circulation, or (iv) advertises or makes known by any means whatsoever that any person is engaged or is ready to engage in any act which is an offence under section 292 or that any such obscene object can be procured from or through any person or (v) offers or attempts to do any act which is an offence under section 292, is punishable with imprisonment and fine. Therefore, obscenity is an offence if it falls within any of the above prescribed purposes.

Obscenity – personal viewing – Is it an offence

Section 292 also sets out the purposes under which obscenity is not deemed to be an offence and these are when any such material is used (i) justifiably for the public good for e.g. interest of science, literature, art or learning or other purposes of general concern (ii) for bona-fide religious purposes and (iii) in any ancient monument within the meaning of the Ancient Monuments and Archeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 or in any temple, or on any car used for the conveyance of idols.

Obscenity under the Information Technology Act

Section 67 of the IT Act lays down the law that obscenity is an offence when it is published or transmitted or caused to be published in any electronic form. The expressions, ‘publishing’ or ‘transmission’ have not been specifically defined under the IT Act, but in Taxmann’s commentary under the IT Act, ‘publishing means making information available to people’. The commentary also states that ‘transmission’ and not mere possession, of obscene information is an offence. Transmission may be addressed to an intended recipient for his personal use. But that is not relevant. The act of ‘transmission’ is sufficient to constitute an offence under section 67 of the IT Act. Therefore if any obscene material is published or transmitted in any electronic form it is an offence under section 67 of the IT Act.

More Women Come Forward

More women have come forward alledging Anandeep Chagger committed acts against the Indian I.T. Act of 2000. The accused was said to have requested nude pictures, sexual chats, and to send sexual sms to women he sought. He also sent videos, pictures, links to pornography sites, and more to women.

We will report more on this issue as we find out more breaking details. We are urging victims to come forward and give the inspectors their stories.

Youth in Phagwara is the talk of England. An FIR is launched against this person from Phagwara. The FIR number is 146 and case is now under investigation. The related police stations CT Mr. Amrik Singh Chahal said the complaint was launched with the SSP of Kapurthala district against the accused, Anandeep Singh Chagger son of Narinder Singh Chagger resident of Kamboj, Kheda Masjid Phagwara. The charge against him is that he sent a vulgar video clip to a girl, used very foul language, and used very dirty words in conversation, as well as a dirty song in Punjabi, all to a females via the internet.

The police chief (Mr. Chahal) said the accused boy apparently shot a video of himself engaging in masturbation in his bathroom and sent it to a girl and people he knew in the UK. The report contains a sensational expose of list of vulgar acts. The police have been reported that this has also been notified to the concerned government agencies in UK and they are looking into the matter as well. This is due to Section 67 A.) of the Indian IT Act concerning obscenity and the boy committing some of the acts whilst int he UK and in India. The video clip was allegedly sent from the business computer of Ajanta Electricals, Phagwara Punjab. The SHO CT police said they are investigating the matter and if the charges are found to be true the accused will not be spared. Being in the newspapers isn't uncommon for this family as the late grandfather, Mehar Singh Chagger, was also involved in indecency.
