The Chagger children are visiting this blog regularly.  After meetings and contacts with the larger organizations, we here at the media centre remembered we had received some letters of emails.  Quite a lot actually from someone who decided to play anonymous.  With this we will show a pattern of lies of Anandeep.  Anandeep has told his entire family the girl who he forced abortion on was met at university in England.  That never happened and there is severe proof this girl was in her respective country until 11/07.  He made up the lies of meeting at university and told his entire family the same lies.  You can read his sister thinks they met studying in the email we received below.  It is dated in February 09.  It also says Anandeep told his mom he wanted to get away from this girl.  That is because Anandeep knew he was being turned into the police for the cyber crimes.  He was told this would be reported to the police.  At the end of December you can see Orkut scraps from Anandeep to this girl showing a different side of him.  And after the email from his sister in February there are two emails from Anandeep to the victim's sister saying further he never wanted to end it. 
Anandeep Singh Chagger lies to his mom, his father, his sisters, the victims, and their families.  He lies to friends, workers, anyone! 

This shows a pattern of lies.  Also in the email from his sister it says he tells their mom he wants to get away from the victim but sends her money.  We have the email which will be put up tomorrow from him asking for her account number.  We will also put up the chat logs where she refuses to give him the number AND demands his code to return it.

Anandeep Singh Chagger wanted to send the victim money thinking this would hush things from being reported to the police.  That he could BUY their silence and his cyber crimes would not get reported.  That is now why he is pulling the black mailing defence.  Yet, the true purpose for the posting of this now is to show the out and out liar Anandeep Singh Chagger is because he lies to everyone, including his family, and the pattern of behaviour is shown to prove it.  Pre-February 09 he was trying to do everything he could to keep things going smooth as long as he wasn't getting reported to the police and once he found out in January 09 he was getting reported, he wanted to get away from things, telling his mom this withouth telling her the REAL REASON why.  Late February he has heard nothing in regards to police and so he starts to bring up his feelings again and say x, y, and z.  As we all know here in India it takes a long time for the police to act on things.  Registering a complaint from other countries doesn't happen in the blink of an eye.  It takes time as well.  Just as it has taken time to get the truth out, get the DSP involved, etc it took time to get the FIR taken and filed.  There is proof of trying to register the FIR as early as January 09.

What we have here is again Anandeep Singh Chagger lying to everyone in regards to each thing from how he met these women, how involved he was, that he wanted to back off, and then again back on.  There is a super large paper trail dating back years regarding his victims.  All have been handed over to the organizations who will be helping the cases of the cyber crimes he committed.

Getting Involved

Very excited to be meeting Tushar Gandhi as soon as he arrives back from Ahmedabad.  We have positive vibes with the involvement we are getting.  May take some time but sure to get the case where it needs to be.  High Court!

Anandeep was calling the UK solicitor's office for two weeks straight.  The solicitor put in a request twice for he or Narinder to phone in the afternoons.  This was ignored. After messages were sent to Narinder Chagger to phone, the calls suddenly stopped.  Dna case can't be ignored, especially when they need to come back into the UK.

Tis a shame the Chaggers blame their long time friends, the Sokhi's for Anandeep's investigation.  Yea, you read it right, they blame another family.  The Sokhi's didn't tell the Chaggers Anandeep was going to be investigated, although Anandeep knew for 4 months he would be turned into the police for making the masturbation video.  He was told to inform his father.  Soniya Chagger also knew when she called one girls home to see if she could stop anything.  This was 6 weeks before he was questioned.  So why did they blame the Sokhi's for Anandeep Chagger's crimes?  Not warning them when Anandeep knew all along?  It is easiest to blame the outside when the culprit is staring right at you.

Breaking News!

Anandeep has admitted to making the video!!

We said there would be more to post. And there is. Anandeep also claims one girl sent him a song titled "Me So Horny". But he did not divulge (chat log proves otherwise) he requested and kept insisting the song to be sent to him after an explanation of how vulgar it is. The tune to it was used to make another song. Anandeep is essentially again showing he committed more cyber crimes by asking for the vulgar song. Which is illegal in India. In the UK and USA pornography of any sort unless child pornography is not illegal to distribute, sell, view, etc. And he gave an email forward called "Kama Sutra vs. PC Engineer" to which he left the pc engineer part out of the forward. It was a joke form showing the PC engineer having to bend over the PC and how it matches kama sutra positions. Again, not illegal for the people who forwarded the email. :) The girl who forwarded it from the person she got it from said in the body of it "hmmm kinda silly but oh well".

Then there is the issue of a wire transfer made from Anandeep to the girl. Luckily for her she has the chat log where she is severely angry at him for sending it. And she never gave him her account details and never asked for the money. One must question why he is trying to prove otherwise? From the chat log of December 2009 that I have been given she very much states he was to never send her anything and she never asked for it. He says he wanted to send it and to just take the money.

Interesting twist of plots. Will write further on this but have time restraints at the moment. If I can get permission to post I will with the evidence.

Lies and Video Tape

We received details from the SSP Kapurthala regarding the case against Anandeep Singh Chagger. Anandeep's statement said he was not the one who sent a video, did not send a foul song, nor did not tell a friend to speak dirty to another girl. His statement was written that he wasn't the only one online chatting and these weren't sent from him. He signed this statement knowing full well he made a videotape of himself masturbating. He signed this statement knowing fully well he sent an obscene song over the internet, not just to one victim, but others, and he signed this statement knowing fully well he told an acquaintance to translate vulgar words from Punjabi to English.

This doesn't come as any surprise because the culprit has lied about many things. One victim was forced to have an abortion (yes his child) and promised her family to marry her. He never told his own family about this or his false promises. He lied about meeting women for marriage, he lied about relationships he had sexually with other women, he lied about playing with women to suit his sick, twisted mind. Does it come as a suprise?

It does not. Mehar Singh Chagger (The late grandfather of Anandeep) married a woman while still married to his first wife. He fathered 2-3 kids with her. She lives in 46 Industrial Area and was granted the rights to some of the property Mehar Singh Chagger owned. Apparently this really angered Narinder Singh Chagger and he has been out for blood ever since! The point to this is lying and cheating runs in the genes. At the least, the late Mehar Singh Chagger was honest enough to help his children from the mistress, whereas Anandeep lied to kill a life. The huge blow to it is Narinder Singh Chagger knew about this forced abortion in which he still feels no one has done any wrong and he is of moral conduct! Maybe he should be asking himself why his family has a pattern of this type of behavior? I doubt he will as he locked his own sister in the house when she wanted to marry out of caste. How can one be moralistic when they have no morals?

We are hoping to do an interview of the daughters to Mehar Singh Chagger. They were treated nicely in the past for some things but that was only so Narinder Singh Chagger could try to get his hands back on their property. What is that called....GREED.

As women call in, email, send letters Mr. Chagger has gone to Sydney, Australia. We wonder how he was able to receive a visa considering he is under investigation in Punjab. In order to receive a visa to visit family one must be of good character, not under investigation, etc.It is quite possible he applied for the visa before the investigation was under way, yet he was to inform the government of the investigation. That's okay, we have already sent the necessary information to Australian Immigration Reports Office as well as NSW Police headquarters to inform them of the FIR #146, the offence, and the person to contact at the Mohali Cyber Crime Station regarding this offence. We are pretty positive the visa will be pulled immediately and Mr. Chagger will be sent home.

I've fallen flat out of my seat. Been reading this blog for the last week and was thinking to myself "hmmm...something just isn't quite right with this dude". Sure enough he is a drop and runner! So not only is the kiddy a potential pervert (hey what am I saying, potential, he is) and he likes to harass the women he messes about. He doesn't just commit cyber crimes he commits harrassment and kills life. Sri Chagger and Mrs Chagger a round applause to you for your wonderful son and coaching him on the morals and and conduct regarding the lives of all humans. Isn't it great your Surd on the outside and on the inside a cold blooded killer. And I bet your father, Sri Chagger, is such of the same. Why don't you face things and submit the test? Sillyness of hiding behind language and phones. This entire case needs huge media attention.

Everyone wonders why the good ones leave India and the bad stay here to pollute this beautiful country and make it one million times worse than it is. Its due to the upbringings of people. The good upbringings want to better their lives and people and the worst ones want to riddle our society with their decay. This man is obviously a cavity on our society and in order to improve india we need to destroy this sort of decay. Shame on this man for thinking he could get away with decaying our society through vulgar acts and shame on him for throwing his decay onto women and harrassing them. The only possible positive to come from this is at least there was an abortion and this mans decay did not spread. I feel for the girl who has had to be destroyed in her own life through his decay and from his parents. Someone should hook up a hoover to his head and suck him out of this world and rid the world of his decay.

Section 294 IPC

The Indian Penal Code deals with the sale, hire, distribution, public exhibition,
circulation, import, export or advertisement etc of anything obscene.
For sale etc of obscene books, the punishment is imprisonment up to 2 years and fine up
to Rs.2000 on first conviction and imprisonment up to 5 years and fine up to Rs. 5000 on subsequent convictions.

Anybody who does any obscene act in public places or sings, recites or utters any
obscene songs in or near any public places is punishable with imprisonment up to 3
months or with fine or both.

This also pertains to TRANSMITTING a song, web link of pornography, and other. As in the case of Anandeep Chagger; he also sent a vulgar song in Punjabi, web links to pornographic sites, etc.
