PSHRC

PSHRC has contacted regarding complaint against DSP Balwinder Singh and FIR 146. New date for rejoinder is 13/04/2011. This *is* great news! Case is not over and neither is complaint against DSP. Advocate is doing great work on behalf of the victims.

Prepare

Preparations are in place for court for everyone. This is wonderful news, considering what the Chagger's think.

Lots of people google-ing Anandeep's name and spending loads of time on the blog. Both sisters still visit trying to find out information to send back.

Visits

The last few days we were visited (and over the weeks) by Kiran and Soniya. I suspect they are finding out the deeds of their bro and passing along to him because he isn't man enough to do it himself. YMMV.

So there was Kiran searching yesterday throughout the blog and we inquire for what? Now we know. Will post it tonight.

Proof

Attached are two emails from US Embassy. One from last month and follow up from today. The one from today has information blacked out at the end as the next course of action to take regarding the case. We do not want to outline it due in part to the chagger children frequenting this blog. On this blog we show ALL of the things which are happening; our side and theirs. It isn't a one sided blog to only show the victims results.

Clearly the Chagger's IAS had dealing in the police. We expected this. It was discussed on numerous occasions a bribe would be met. Now, we will plod further. This is only one country. The UK is involved too and together, slowly but surely, things can happen. The US Embassy has this recorded and in electronic form of what the DGP's office informed them. In itself that is substantial to put forward. The UK borders will be informed via USA and go from there for their support of their victims.

then how did you know about the engagement ceremony in the first place. Why are you up against him and how did he hurt you and why are you saying they are evil?

if the bride and groom are from phagwara why wouldnt it be organized there, wud that be due to shame?

I took on this case over one year ago after reading the facts and going through the things and the very first news story in the Punjab Kesari and Sulheka. and then to keep this running and post all new info as it comes regarding Anandeep's cyber crime cases and the dna testing. It also helps to warn and involves the info from the solicitors and governing bodies. I write media for several agencies. I do not know Anandeep personally but I have had lengthy discussions with people in person and phone who do.

I am traveling and only meant my iphone would be checked and nothing more than to say I could check it due to it appearing that I said I am traveling however now posting. pls don't take it any other way. This is India we are all much advanced.

and yes ur right there aren't many venues in phagwara for such places, probably in jal.

REMEMBER PEOPLE it DOESNT matter he gets engaged or married because no one cares, trigger asked people to help put a stop to it and then there's suspiciousness on both sides. What does matter is Anandeep Singh Chagger is going to court for his crimes. Let his new family deal with that, not us. No one wold marry a person in d middle of legal stuff like this if they were properly informed.

The victims and the bride to be is now a victim. Shame on the Chaggers. Waste of human life to ruin so many lives. Karma comes around 10 fold. It will come around on them with the court battle and later in lives with anything they want to try to suceed. Karma will for sure take them down and it seems it already has with all of their lifes issues they've been dealt with. The poor child who doesn't get a father and grows up in a battle because of scum as them and the poor victims and now the poor unsuspecting bride and her family.Laws are changing in India and with the help of the governmental agencies in the countries the Chaggers can't shake this for their entire lives. Everyone must face their pasts.

Trigger happy...r u one of the men the Chagger's tried to blame when the new story hit the paper of Anandeep's masturbating in video? We know from police the chaggers tried to lay blame on some men saying this was a set plot and that others knew the victims were going to the police and didnt tell chaggers. When all the time Anandeep knew he was being turned into the police and told to tell to his father about it, but he never did. making everyone look fools and getting the heat off of him as if he didn't know this was being turned in though he knew it for months n didn't tell his family about his crimes as he was told to. the punjab police take their time in taking each FIR and thats why it took months to get it started.

Anandeep's Videos

We have had numerous requests via email to post Anandeep's videos on the blog. Unfortunately, we cannot follow through with these requests. You may be wondering "why"?

The videos are graphic and obscene. One is of himself masturbating in his bathroom. The second is of himself showing his penis on webcam (his entire body with face is in this as well), and the third is a video he sent of an Indian girl showing her breasts. Due to the Indian I.T. Act Section 67a. if we post those videos on to our blog we could get charged. We can also get charged with this if we post the obscene song, Phudi Remix, he sent via the internet.

We were able to post the pictures because we blocked out the obscene parts in this. We will not send these via email either, so please do not ask us too. If we can pass your email off to the victims they can post them to you as it is not illegal in their countries to do so.

Facebook

A reader contacted us regarding the Facebook profile of Anandeep we were provided with. On Sunday the reader said the link doesn't work and so we checked. Sure enough the profile had been deactivated. That same reader tested the link again on Tuesday. It is back to working. Anandeep reactivated his profile on Facebook. Here it is again for all to see.

Kiran Chagger has been busy viewing our blog again. Quite a few hits from her since last Wednesday.

Still waiting on the information from the DGP. Contact is to be made today from the UK so possibly have a bit of news. Just be patient as we know how our system works here. Everything is slow. As an indicator it has been 10 months since Anandeep was called in and the news report broke in the Punjab Kesari, and it is just now coming to a close on the investigation and being sent to the court for trial. The FIR register wasn't received for 7 months after the complaint was lodged. But with the USA and UK involved, results are happening faster than normal.

Waiting for the updates

We are waiting for phone call from Mr. Mataru from High Court. His call was returned and information was discussed, to which he was waiting til Monday to find out all the matters and report back. Just bare with us on this.

The Punjab Kesari has been landed again, will post details as soon as we have them.

And thankfully Sonia got a job and isn't frequenting the blog any longer. Taking care of her husband and baby must not have been a priority to stay off the blog and let her brother, Anandeep, who is the culprit do things himself. Now finally she is working and it seems to keep her away from here and posting her comments but not responding to others when our readers question her. Also, Kiran returned to work from months off of having her daughter.

Now you can also visit the culprit's profile on Facebook. We have been given the link. Apparently he re-joined sometime back after he thought the DSP had handled things in his favour. Punjab High Court

Just landed an email informing Mr. Mataru Singh has made contact from the High Court and he asked for his mobile to be called. Once that is given of the conversation will post it.

Found it a tad funny someone used keywords from Ludhiana and came onto the site. The keywords were "punishment for cyber crime of section 67a."

More Update

I haven't posted in some time only because the information we have received has been very positive in the case and has been first hand from the DGP--Director General of Police Punjab. The evidence given in the case, the admittance from culprit, and links they have said are surely to bring the best outcome in the eyes of justice. I would like to write specifics but fear if I do it will put the Chagger's into an idea of what is going to happen and then they might try to lure it away again as they did when the DSP Balwinder Singh was involved. Of course they will try anything to keep Anandeep out of the hands of justice, even if it is illegal. To give them more information would be silly on our parts because it would give them an edge. PSHRC has involved SSP Bhullar regarding DSP Balwinder Singh's actions.

DGP

Spoke to the DGP's personal officer. Again as stated below Sh. Mittal is/has personally investigated this and it is in the Crime Wing. Everything is being examined in this case and things were stated such clear evidence and the admission of Anandeep Chagger that this will have the best outcome. Will be making contact with the PSHRC today for updates.
