What is the case now

We're waiting on the rejoinder to the cancellation report. You see the report was submitted but everytime the female's sides tried to get a copy of the report (as is the protocol to file a rejoinder) the Dsp Balwinder Bagri refused and said it was already turned to the court. The matter had to be given in and sent to PSHRC for rights violations. So now that the female's sides were sent in completely refuting every shred that was written as to why the FIR should be cancelled, it's now the wait.

The female's sides have proven no medical records could ever be seen due to HIPAA and Data Protection Act. Which means that what Balwinder Singh Bagri wrote about being able to access medical records from India is false. He would have had to go to the USA and petition a judge, to which the girl would have to come to court. None of this happened. There is a signed and sworn confession on the part of the brother of one victim stating he was a law enforcement officer and now practices law, thus what Balwinder Bagri is writing is a blatant lie.


Also evidence was put forward to show dates, times, and video of meetings with the women. This is to give evidence against the report stating Anandeep never met these women. Also to show that Anandeep did things that he wasn't supposed too. There is more I want to write about what was disputed in the cancellation report and the evidence to exhonorate it but that will give the Chaggers, Syans, and Lalls a heads up as to how they might be able to dispute what the girls have disputed.

Now with the case of the Lalls; good luck Mr Lall as evidence was shown forth that he attempted to gain access to medical records and now the US Visa -Dept of Homeland Security has been notified.

As well we know J Plaha attempted to use national insurance numbers of the girls and gain information. Also Satinder Syan and company.
The IAC has been notified and we've received a response into getting fresh new FIR's filed with the evidence that cannot be disputed. Now this matter is pending and will see what happens. Narinder Singh Chagger and Anandeep's lies will come forward. There's phone call evidence of conversations that took place between one victim and Charandeep and Narinder that can't be disputed. Putting everything in the open because on their side they state they knew all and knew about the baby.

Lies and Lies

The Chaggers with the help of Syans had constructed a very well thought out lies regarding the cyber crime case to take the heat off of them. 7 marriages, lies about age, lies about having cancer and never meeting, lies about bribery.

They seem to forget Big Brother watches in the UK. There is actual video tape (no not the one Anandeep produced of himself masturbating) but of Anandeep and his victims together at hotels, Anandeep at other places. We must be very discreet in writing so no one is tipped off due to the Chaggars reading the blog.

And to date no one from Chaggar side has come forward to give DNA to prove the baby is not his. No one. Poor Gurdeep having a step child out there. Anandeep take one step in UK and he gets slapped with court papers.

And that Chaggars former close family friends know all of the truth and have talked to all parties involved, read all the emails and facts.

Balwinder Singh was paid heavily to write that report. We know this for fact.

Getting Back on Track

Anandeep, Marriage, and Family hatred

On 17th December, 2010, the solicitor's firm in the UK received some surprising phone calls regarding Anandeep Singh Chagger. 3 men had phoned, one phoning on the 18th. They informed the solicitor Anandeep was getting married on the 19th at the Ashish Continental Hotel in Phagwara. One of the men stated his friend was a cousin of Anandeep's (probably distant from what we gather) whose surname begins with the letter "G". Many family members are upset at the marriage of Anandeep and ruining this woman's life by the lies of the case and the lies of the refusal to get DNA testing of the child case in the UK. They also spoke hatred for the Chagger family and the past things Narinder Singh Chagger has done.

The bride's name is Gurdeep Kaur Bansal, coming from Gurdaspur. Another of the males who contacted the solicitor's phone number (by finding it on the web) professed outrage at Ajit's son, Narinder, and that of the wife, Charandeep. As well towards Soniya, Kiran, Mandeep, Harveen, and the rest for knowingly inviting this poor girl into the family home and making her to be a fool. Enshrining Anandeep as if he is made of gold and untouched. It is sheer blasphemy!

We had thought to send people to the wedding to stop it as requested. Our first thoughts were who are these relatives of Anandeep's who cannot come forward themselves? They requested to the solicitor to help stop the wedding. But with the officer in the family and the bribes that have been paid out, as well as the lies of blackmail for money and such, we better thought let the solicitor in the UK handle it and the advocate in India. No point in creating troubles and that the girl's family had already spent out a lot of money that would be wasted. Of course we know why, without having to say the reasons as we know how the marriages work and what the girls side has to go through.

That makes me bring up the issue of the lies in the cancellation report by DSP Balwinder Singh. He wrote the Chagger's were blackmailed, that from seeing picstures of Anandeep's sisters weddings that Anandeep was a rich family. So it was set out by a victim to try to get money from him. Come on, we all know the girls side when entering into a marriage has to show a lot of pomp if they are to get treated properly after marriage. It is common knowledge of the dowry and money spent on weddings from the girls side...even if they have to borrow the money from relatives. Having large weddings does not mean a family is rich and that is a true falsehood for Balwinder Singh to write.

After having a physical relation with a victim, and the baby, and attempted suicide by the victim, poor health feel into place due to pill consumption for the suicide attempt. The victim never asked for money or anything. Anandeep offered to bring the girl to india for treatment. That was all. This is verified by phone records of people in Phagwara who spoke to Charandeep (anandeep's mom) and verified she knew about the pregnancy and the suicide attempts. Balwinder singh wrote a very favourable report for Anandeep. What doesn't make any sense is one victim has her own paid for home in the US worth 9,048,539.54 INR and another house in the UK worth just a little above that in INR.

The 2 other victims whose evidence and such were not even made mention nor put in the documents have themselves their own jobs and properties in the UK. Balwinder Singh's report tries to show Anandeep as the victim as if he went to the UK and offensive shots were thrown at him via email and he had no part in committing any cyber crimes. Balwinder Singh goes back to 2007 only--when Anandeep was in the UK and makes the victims out as the culprits. He only put into evidence Anandeep's papers, he did not put into evidence the victims, nor the messages they submitted as evidence Anandeep sent them. The cyber laws he broke in India whilst in India were never investigated. And as we know due to the payoffs. Narinder put forth Anandeep's evidence and they made it one-sided, concocted this story of black mail and money.

In order for Narinder Singh Chagger to be a "rich" man he has to show it. His accountants can prove he is not a rich man, his business at Ajanta Electricals during that time was in the toilet, he had loans taken out against his business, etc. Property can be seen as having "material" but then that could be flipped around and said Anandeep was after these women for their property and money. We have evidence he wanted to marry one girl--although Narinder and Anandeep lied and said to Balwinder SIngh he didn't want to marry her. We have witnesses to all of this as well.

At the very least, it is redeeming to know there are family members of Anandeep's who hate him, Narinder, Ajit, Charandeep, and Soniya, kiran, etc and will do what they can to have him found out. It is very redeeming to learn the night before the article was put in the Punjab Kesari about Anandeep, Narinder was on his fat gaand in front of the editor (who is a family member) with his black hands together begging, crying and pleading that this is not printed. Charandeep was most likely wailing over this and not remembering she had fully admitted to all her son had done to some women one year prior.

The case goes on. Prayers for Gurdeep kaur bansal for the betrayal and foolery made onto her by this family.

Lies in the Cancellation Report

Dsp Balwinder Singh wrote Anandeep did not meet any victim, he did not coerce any victim, that he was black mailed, a victim had been married seven times, that a victim wanted to marry Anandeep but Anandeep didn't want to marry her. Nothing about the baby, the masturbation video to which he admitted too, or the vulgar song, nor any of that. It was all written in favour of Anandeep. Good thing there is email evidence, log evidence, hand written letter by Anandeep, and more that will be put forward. There is also mention that a victim played sick and that Balwinder Singh contacted the Govt for medical records and could find none. Clearly Balwinder Singh is lying about this because the Department of HHS with the govt' has laws protecting medical privacy for its' citizens. In order for Balwinder Singh to have received any information on a patient, whether that is to know if they are a patient of a doctors office or have had a stay in a hospital, he would have had to come to the UK or USA, filed a motion in the county court, waited one year to be heard and come before the judge (with the person who he wants the files for) and plead his case before the court. The judge can rule yes or no.

This is the same case with the data protection act in the UK.

Balwinder Singh claims he wasn't able to obtain 6 other marriage certificates because he didn't know the days they transpired; but states there are 7. And states he confirmed this. The UK High Commission and US Embassy will not confirm any thing without the person and the passport in front of them. And how can Balwinder Singh say 6 occurred but not have the documentation proving such?

The Chagger family, Balwinder Singh, and the DIG officer they have in the family who were paid off large amounts to keep this in favour of Anandeep assumed they could write the cancellation report to their advantage and that the victims would never know and could never come forward. Time would run out for them on this case and it would be a closed deal; all pockets except that of the Chagger's lined with bribe money.

The wedding is taking place and the money the bride brings into Narinder's pockets will help to pay back what they lost.

Yes, Balwinder also wrote the Chaggers are a very rich family and the woman knew that so was trying to extort money from them because she saw pictures of his sister's weddings. Come on yaar, all Punjabi weddings are big because of the show we put on, the girls side has to give big weddings otherwise going to the mens side could show troubles. Narinder Chagger had to borrow money from outside to pay for Sonia's wedding. Over 200,000 in taxes and customs fees set them back, lost shipments of their products costed them, as well as to fix pressure in shower valves of items sent to the UK. But also, their business was in dire straights prior and Narinder had to borrow against his factory to get more money to come in.

Anandeep driving a Baja scooter is hardly coming from a rich family.

Good try on that one. The falsified cancellation report will be shown it's holes.

Quite a Laugh

I am in two minds on writing the complete fabrication from Balwinder Singh. I will probably do so by Wednesday. I've returned from a wedding and am in a happy mood. So I have just found out on my travels there is a distant relative of the Chaggars (who cannot stand the family) who said the night or two before the article was to come out in the Punjab Kesari for FIR 146 against Anandeep, they had gone to the editors house (who is a distant relative) and begged him not to print this article. The informant said the big, fat, black man, Narinder Singh Chagger was crying to the editor!

Now isn't that a sight to behold! It gives me a good chuckle knowing he was pleading and crying for Anandeep the masturbator's name not to come out and his deeds be known while living abroad. They were also very surprised one victim knew of Mehar Singh's mistress and children.

This family and their relatives have been set straight. They hated the Chaggers from some previous issues anyway. How shameful the own family can't stand them!

PSHRC

PSHRC has contacted regarding complaint against DSP Balwinder Singh and FIR 146. New date for rejoinder is 13/04/2011. This *is* great news! Case is not over and neither is complaint against DSP. Advocate is doing great work on behalf of the victims.

Kesari

We've been informed a notice will be in the Punjab Kesari, all editions, for 16th July, 2010. We are still waiting the details of the Kesari being landed before previously. As well, updates regarding the case from the Embassy and Commission.

Punjab Kesari Again

We've been informed the Punjab Kesari has been landed again and this time with demand or the Home Office in the UK will be involved? Once we have more information we will post it regarding The Chaggers and this on-going battle for paternity testing.

Visits

The last few days we were visited (and over the weeks) by Kiran and Soniya. I suspect they are finding out the deeds of their bro and passing along to him because he isn't man enough to do it himself. YMMV.

So there was Kiran searching yesterday throughout the blog and we inquire for what? Now we know. Will post it tonight.

Confusion

comment was posted by trigger happy stating not sure about this child. Emails posted above confirm the child between Anandeep and the woman. The woman was to go for an abortion, by herself, in another country, after suicide attempts. It doesn't mean the abortion went through or that anyone on his side was informed it went through, because Anandeep was keeping this secret to his parents for months. He assumed she had the abortion because it is what he wanted. As we know with Anandeep and his videos and sexual interaction with women from India anyone can hide what they are doing when not with that person, especially in another country. Hence the requests for DNA to confirm paternity because Anandeep's father (when he finally found out) refused to believe Anandeep was the father. Anandeep told his victims what they wanted to hear with no remorse for his behaviour. And to kill a life is bad karma. One victim told Anandeep what he wanted to hear and suffered with attempts of suicide and then the baby birth. Hospitalized many times bec of a serious illness brought on by the attempts (suicide) and trying to provide in-utero nourishment for a growing baby. Now do you understand?
