Inter Caste Marriage Ends In Murder

Inter-caste marriage ends in couple’s murder

Phagwara, June 17
The recent inter-caste marriage, solemnised by a young couple from Bihar, ended after the brutal murder of the couple. They were found dead in nearby Miherru village in Phagwara sub-division on Thursday morning.

SSP Kapurthala Ram Singh, who visited the site, said veins of the necks of both husband and wife, identified as Kamlesh Singh Yadav and Khushvu Kumari, were found cut.

The bodies with blood stains were noticed by their employer Amarjit Singh, also the sarpanch of the village.

Chiherru Police SHO Hargurdev Singh said the police had recovered a blade with bloodstains near the site of murder.

He said the police had registered a case under section 302 of the IPC and sent the bodies to local Civil Hospital for the post-mortem examination.

SSP Ram Singh said the police was working on various theories. “We have succeeded to get vital clues of the murder and hopefully killers would soon be nabbed,” he added. Dog squads and fingerprint experts were summoned and it was observed that dog squads stopped on a road towards Salarpur.

SP Phagwara Kamaljit Singh Dhillon, SP (D) Lakhwinder Singh Khaira and other police officials were investigating the matter and cause of murder.

The Tribune has learnt that Kamlesh (21) of Baharpur village fell in love with Khushvu (20) of Maziana village of Jahanabad district in Bihar and both solemnised their marriage in Bihar and came to Punjab and registered their marriage in the high court about three months back and started living in Miherru village. They took up a job in the fields of sarpanch Amarjit Singh few months back.

The Tribune has observed that perhaps this inter-caste marriage was not acceptable to their parents.

oh ho! He must be very proud that a woman has finally agreed to marry such a sorry person as himself. Instead of dowry being paid to the Chaggars I bet the Chaggars had to pay dowry to the father of the bride for marrying their son. Bless the woman's heart who is marrying such a piece of shit as this man. I doubt highly it will stop him from meeting with prostitutes, masturbating on camera, and being a threat to our culture and society. One must wonder if they told the bride to be family the truth about what he is going through. He is off to court now whether that will be years from now but it will still be hanging over the culprits sorry head. He will always be known as "the masturbator of phagwara". Now you have to wonder why did he delete his Facebook profile with the happy news coming? Because he is still ashamed of his acts!! Once a cowardly lion always a cowardly lion. I have an idea how the in laws will react when he is served with the child he fathered, trying to reach UK and jail time. What a life he will have and how unhappy his wife will be sat looking at his stupid face the rest of her life.

PR Log (Press Release) – Jan 21, 2010 – Anandeep Singh Chagger admits to police he made the masturbation video of himself and passed it to people over the internet. In a bizarre twist, he puts forward a vulgar song and email he says he received via the internet, further showing more violations of the Indian IT Act, Section 67 A. on his part.

DSP Balwinder Singh of Mohali questioned the song and email to which it was informed the items in question were sent from countries which do not have a obscenity laws as India does. More proof was put forward to show Anandeep's asking for these items. DSP Balwinder Singh had no reply when asked how long this would take for further investigation or for an arrest. He is on holiday until the end of January.

Evidence from 3 victims have been put forward which include the video of Anandeep masturbating, vulgar song in Punjabi language, links to pornographic websites given from Anandeep, as well as an email address and password Anandeep sent to victims which he stated he and his friends used to access pornographic websites. Anandeep had encouraged the sending of obscene pictures and receiving of obscene pictures, as well as obscene text messaging, obscene chat via MSN messenger, and in real time. Other friends which have been named are Parminder Singh Seehra of the UK, Harjit Singh of the UK, and an unknown source. Anandeep had told victims he and his friend, Parminder had hired prostitutes at their home in Coventry, Warwickshire, United Kingdom. Postal code ending in CV1 5LN. This is a direct violation of IPC Section 67A. which is also enforceable when an Indian citizen participates in acts outside of his country which are not illegal or legal in the country they are residing in at that time. This means any of Anandeep's friends who have been named can be arrested upon entry to India and/or extradited to India from the United Kingdom.

Upon further inspection, it has been deemed some sort of exchange of hands has taken place with Narinder Singh Chagger (Father of Anandeep Singh Chagger and proprietor of Ajanta Electricals in Phagwara) and DSP Mohali Balwinder Singh. Also, several witnesses were harassed by Narinder Singh Chagger to stay out of the case.

In light of this, agencies & governmental offices of the UK and USA (and stationed in Delhi) and NGO's in India are now becoming further involved in this case and pressure will be put upon the police to bring justice and order. We have been told solicitors for the victims residing in the UK will be arranged by offices in Delhi for the cyber crime filings.

The Chagger children are visiting this blog regularly.  After meetings and contacts with the larger organizations, we here at the media centre remembered we had received some letters of emails.  Quite a lot actually from someone who decided to play anonymous.  With this we will show a pattern of lies of Anandeep.  Anandeep has told his entire family the girl who he forced abortion on was met at university in England.  That never happened and there is severe proof this girl was in her respective country until 11/07.  He made up the lies of meeting at university and told his entire family the same lies.  You can read his sister thinks they met studying in the email we received below.  It is dated in February 09.  It also says Anandeep told his mom he wanted to get away from this girl.  That is because Anandeep knew he was being turned into the police for the cyber crimes.  He was told this would be reported to the police.  At the end of December you can see Orkut scraps from Anandeep to this girl showing a different side of him.  And after the email from his sister in February there are two emails from Anandeep to the victim's sister saying further he never wanted to end it. 
Anandeep Singh Chagger lies to his mom, his father, his sisters, the victims, and their families.  He lies to friends, workers, anyone! 

This shows a pattern of lies.  Also in the email from his sister it says he tells their mom he wants to get away from the victim but sends her money.  We have the email which will be put up tomorrow from him asking for her account number.  We will also put up the chat logs where she refuses to give him the number AND demands his code to return it.

Anandeep Singh Chagger wanted to send the victim money thinking this would hush things from being reported to the police.  That he could BUY their silence and his cyber crimes would not get reported.  That is now why he is pulling the black mailing defence.  Yet, the true purpose for the posting of this now is to show the out and out liar Anandeep Singh Chagger is because he lies to everyone, including his family, and the pattern of behaviour is shown to prove it.  Pre-February 09 he was trying to do everything he could to keep things going smooth as long as he wasn't getting reported to the police and once he found out in January 09 he was getting reported, he wanted to get away from things, telling his mom this withouth telling her the REAL REASON why.  Late February he has heard nothing in regards to police and so he starts to bring up his feelings again and say x, y, and z.  As we all know here in India it takes a long time for the police to act on things.  Registering a complaint from other countries doesn't happen in the blink of an eye.  It takes time as well.  Just as it has taken time to get the truth out, get the DSP involved, etc it took time to get the FIR taken and filed.  There is proof of trying to register the FIR as early as January 09.

What we have here is again Anandeep Singh Chagger lying to everyone in regards to each thing from how he met these women, how involved he was, that he wanted to back off, and then again back on.  There is a super large paper trail dating back years regarding his victims.  All have been handed over to the organizations who will be helping the cases of the cyber crimes he committed.

Getting Involved

Very excited to be meeting Tushar Gandhi as soon as he arrives back from Ahmedabad.  We have positive vibes with the involvement we are getting.  May take some time but sure to get the case where it needs to be.  High Court!

Anandeep was calling the UK solicitor's office for two weeks straight.  The solicitor put in a request twice for he or Narinder to phone in the afternoons.  This was ignored. After messages were sent to Narinder Chagger to phone, the calls suddenly stopped.  Dna case can't be ignored, especially when they need to come back into the UK.

Tis a shame the Chaggers blame their long time friends, the Sokhi's for Anandeep's investigation.  Yea, you read it right, they blame another family.  The Sokhi's didn't tell the Chaggers Anandeep was going to be investigated, although Anandeep knew for 4 months he would be turned into the police for making the masturbation video.  He was told to inform his father.  Soniya Chagger also knew when she called one girls home to see if she could stop anything.  This was 6 weeks before he was questioned.  So why did they blame the Sokhi's for Anandeep Chagger's crimes?  Not warning them when Anandeep knew all along?  It is easiest to blame the outside when the culprit is staring right at you.

Blaming-Get real

An email was sent to me over the time Iwas away saying other people are being blamed for Anandeep Chagger's wrong ways. I can't see how anyone could blame another but Anandeep Chagger. He is the man who talked sexually to women. He asked for sexual and nude pictures. He made the video of himself masturbating. He also sent links to porn sites and other porn videos. Can other's really be blamed for what he has done wrong? Our society, relationships, culture goes with this. It is easier to blame someone else than hold yourself or the true person in the wrong and take responsibility. The man is a pathological liar. Would you expect his parents to be any less? His family to be any less? No.

Coming from a backwards environment we should have all expected fingers would be pointed at others to say they are at fault instead of looking into their circle and seeing the true demon. The Chagger's have a history of sinning ways which will never be cleansed until they look within, at themselves. That may not happen and it will keep repeating.

The sisters obviously want to keep on what is happening to inform the family. Sonia visits almost every day. But nothing here from her. Scared to leave a mark because she does know when she looks at her brother wht the truth is but doesn't want to say it. Anandeep visits under private proxy himself. All hiding, without courage, as the snakes they are for what he has done. Lives ruined by him. He is no less than a sexual predator and one who lies and manipulates to harm his victims further.

Who can that be blamed on? Mehar Chagger? He is dead, quite possibly they would do this. What about Narinder Singh Chagger and his stupid mentality? His mentality and kind would still blame some one else other than looking at what he created.

2 girls have spoken to the SSP (not kapurthala) and now we have some breaking news to report, yet will do so in the coming days because Anandeep's sisters visit this blog regularly and we don't want to tip them off. Sticking To the Facts

This blog has turned in to a way to update the public on the case in Phagwara and the cases abroad regarding Anandeep Singh Chaggar. The anonymous friend comment about Anandeep reminded me to point out a simple fact. A lot of us males (whether you admit it or not) look at indecency on the net, person, etc and probably even trade things with our mates, play songs, links and other various things. Most of the males doing this do not get caught or do not get turned in.

It does NOT make this legal activity in our country and it does not mean those who are doing this aren't breaking the law every day.

The fact is Anandeep Chagger was turned in. He did break the law. He violated (not only the women he victimized) but the IPC 294 and Section 67a. of the IT Act regarding obscenity. That is what the cyber case is about.

And there is more than enough evidence to prove he is the culprit.
