Quite a Laugh

I am in two minds on writing the complete fabrication from Balwinder Singh. I will probably do so by Wednesday. I've returned from a wedding and am in a happy mood. So I have just found out on my travels there is a distant relative of the Chaggars (who cannot stand the family) who said the night or two before the article was to come out in the Punjab Kesari for FIR 146 against Anandeep, they had gone to the editors house (who is a distant relative) and begged him not to print this article. The informant said the big, fat, black man, Narinder Singh Chagger was crying to the editor!

Now isn't that a sight to behold! It gives me a good chuckle knowing he was pleading and crying for Anandeep the masturbator's name not to come out and his deeds be known while living abroad. They were also very surprised one victim knew of Mehar Singh's mistress and children.

This family and their relatives have been set straight. They hated the Chaggers from some previous issues anyway. How shameful the own family can't stand them!

Prepare

Preparations are in place for court for everyone. This is wonderful news, considering what the Chagger's think.

Lots of people google-ing Anandeep's name and spending loads of time on the blog. Both sisters still visit trying to find out information to send back.

Don't forget to look through the archives for the Punjab Kesari clippings asking for his dna for the child paternity tests.

Long Over Due

Plan has been set in place, contact has been made, person in Punjab taking note. Thank you Tushar and the rest of you who have helped in this case. It isn't over and it is still moving. I can't write any more details than this.

Coming

I've been away to Banglore and Mumbai for my real work with the news. Some updates should be posted Tuesday. Keep in mind they will not be full updates due to the lingering of the Chagger children. You may email me as you have been doing to my email which is in the upper right hand corner of this blog.

I've been away and am just waiting on any news in order to update this blog on the happenings with the case against Anandeep Chagger. Last I was informed, a very high ranking official was spoken to within the police and the CBI. I cannot give more details than this because of Soniya and Kiran Chagger frequenting the blog to give information back to Anandeep and their father.

I've been informed a final ad was placed (from the court in the UK) in the Punjab Kesari for request that Anandeep submit his DNA once and for all to the court for paternity testing. He has refused so far. The court will proceed accordingly to take action against all visas of the company Ajanta Electricals in order to comply with the DNA request.

One Year Anniversary

Today is the one year anniversary since the FIR against Anandeep Singh Chagger was filed. Our Indian court and police systems drag things out but at least it is still fighting. You can read the article by clicking on the link.

News but No News

I have news which I am not allowed to write. It could really have an effect on the case because of the lurkings of the chagger children. I am waiting on a picture, however from the Kesari to post. I've been away to Banglore for media activities. Will go through emails and if anything interesting to post I will do it.

Also will post another sad case of honour killing in Kapurthala. It is terrible the deeds of people who think killing their own or even disowning them "honours" their family.

Kesari

We've been informed a notice will be in the Punjab Kesari, all editions, for 16th July, 2010. We are still waiting the details of the Kesari being landed before previously. As well, updates regarding the case from the Embassy and Commission.

Visits

The last few days we were visited (and over the weeks) by Kiran and Soniya. I suspect they are finding out the deeds of their bro and passing along to him because he isn't man enough to do it himself. YMMV.

So there was Kiran searching yesterday throughout the blog and we inquire for what? Now we know. Will post it tonight.

Confusion

comment was posted by trigger happy stating not sure about this child. Emails posted above confirm the child between Anandeep and the woman. The woman was to go for an abortion, by herself, in another country, after suicide attempts. It doesn't mean the abortion went through or that anyone on his side was informed it went through, because Anandeep was keeping this secret to his parents for months. He assumed she had the abortion because it is what he wanted. As we know with Anandeep and his videos and sexual interaction with women from India anyone can hide what they are doing when not with that person, especially in another country. Hence the requests for DNA to confirm paternity because Anandeep's father (when he finally found out) refused to believe Anandeep was the father. Anandeep told his victims what they wanted to hear with no remorse for his behaviour. And to kill a life is bad karma. One victim told Anandeep what he wanted to hear and suffered with attempts of suicide and then the baby birth. Hospitalized many times bec of a serious illness brought on by the attempts (suicide) and trying to provide in-utero nourishment for a growing baby. Now do you understand?

Proof

Attached are two emails from US Embassy. One from last month and follow up from today. The one from today has information blacked out at the end as the next course of action to take regarding the case. We do not want to outline it due in part to the chagger children frequenting this blog. On this blog we show ALL of the things which are happening; our side and theirs. It isn't a one sided blog to only show the victims results.

Clearly the Chagger's IAS had dealing in the police. We expected this. It was discussed on numerous occasions a bribe would be met. Now, we will plod further. This is only one country. The UK is involved too and together, slowly but surely, things can happen. The US Embassy has this recorded and in electronic form of what the DGP's office informed them. In itself that is substantial to put forward. The UK borders will be informed via USA and go from there for their support of their victims.

Update Again

Spoke with the secretary to the DGP. He gave us the details of the person in charge at ADGP crime to contact as we have not received the investigation results. Have not heard of the court, etc. The SHO at the DGP office, who has been involved with the case since DSP Balwinder Singh was reported had told the US Embassy the investigation is finished and the case is going to the lower court.

We found out earlier that might not happen now. And this would be due in part to the IAS Officer who is a relative of the Chagger's and is keeping it from going further.

Not to worry just yet. We have backing with various agencies. The Chagger's can pull this in India because we all know how easy it is for bribes, payoffs, etc. We know all too well how easy it is for our corrupt country to accept large payouts in return for not going through with charges.

The Government agencies in the UK and USA do not accept this kind of behaviour; the Chagger's can't so easily pay off government officials there and nor can their families who live there.

We will be taking this further as I've written, mostly due in part because of the recorded phone calls between the SHO and the agencies where the SHO states Anandeep Singh Chagger will be going to court for the "horrible act of masturbating on camera".

Order of PSHRC Against DSP Balwinder Singh

Here is a copy of the order recently received. The complaint was lodged against DSP Balwinder Singh for threats. With help of governing bodies abroad, the complaint was put forward to PSHRC and will be disposed of properly. The governing bodies abroad will receive exact details of reprimand of DSP Balwinder Singh
