I can assure you there are plenty people in Phagwara and surrounding distts who can do what they need to give information and the facts to the family of the bride. Also abroad in 3 different continents. Many people out there are furious and outraged over the Chagger's actions, payoffs, lies, manipulations, and complete lack of moral abilities. They have friends who smile to their faces but contact us. How do you think were able to the PSHR, UK and USA Embassy and commissions involved? And the case is going to court. Not one Chagger has disputed this.

You sound to know hell of a lot about the chaggers so please do email me, if it just from a fake email soon. I am out of station but check my iphone. However I am suspect a bit to be truthful bec it sounds like you want everyone else to stop them but you aren't willing to help or give info.

Marriage is Not the Saving Grace

One strong point I want to make before going into this post. Why didn't the two commentators who stated Anandeep's engagement never comment on the posts about his criminal case moving to court? Why didn't they say that is 100% false?

Because it is not false, nor is the investigation and request for dna of the child false. For those commentators to post it is false would be an outright lie. So the only thing they can comment on is this. Which moves to the next topic and very sad feelings for the woman who is now involved:

Readers and comment posters. Anandeep getting engaged or married is not the saving grace to his issues. It just only shows how selfish he is to his soon to be wife and her family. It shows the selfishness of the Chaggar family.

His legal issues have not ended. He is going to court for the cyber crimes. This is a fact.

He has a child in another country with whom they are requesting dna samples from Anandeep. Anandeep not providing the samples or complying to this only more so proves he knows his wrong doing and is trying to ignore it. The legalities of this will never go away. I am sure all of you would like to be there when his wife and in-laws are shown the baby and court and all of this. This all is fact.

Just as it is fact Mehar Singh Chaggar did the same to women. It is a habit in the family. Narinder Singh Chaggar thinks he is unstoppable but no human is, not when it comes to laws and justice. You cannot buy your way out of things when other countries commissions are involved. If I understand correctly, Mr Chaggar exports and his business is in doldrums. The commissions can pull his visas in the blink of an eye once the court gets involved.

Don't let this marriage or non marriage or anything sway you from the facts that Anandeep Singh Chagger is a criminal and a culprit who commits indecent, obscene acts and has a child he refuses to acknowledge...but will have to someday. By then the wife of him would most likely file for divorce upon learning the true circumstances.

I am seriously late and needing to leave to catch my train.

I am one of his victims and it won't put a stop to court going after him. He will be facing court eventually and having to face his kid. Good luck to him and his bride's family because they are in for the shock of their life years later when this comes to a head. Received an anonymous comment in the "Anandeep's Videos" post saying Anandeep is getting married. We will find out the truth on this and be sure to let the bride to be aware of his legal issues, dna requests, and future child who. We have sources who can provide a lot. The investigation is finished and it is on to court. Yes that takes a long time but he will have many answers to give to his bride to be.

Anandeep's Videos

We have had numerous requests via email to post Anandeep's videos on the blog. Unfortunately, we cannot follow through with these requests. You may be wondering "why"?

The videos are graphic and obscene. One is of himself masturbating in his bathroom. The second is of himself showing his penis on webcam (his entire body with face is in this as well), and the third is a video he sent of an Indian girl showing her breasts. Due to the Indian I.T. Act Section 67a. if we post those videos on to our blog we could get charged. We can also get charged with this if we post the obscene song, Phudi Remix, he sent via the internet.

We were able to post the pictures because we blocked out the obscene parts in this. We will not send these via email either, so please do not ask us too. If we can pass your email off to the victims they can post them to you as it is not illegal in their countries to do so.

A reader contacted us regarding the Facebook profile of Anandeep we were provided with. On Sunday the reader said the link doesn't work and so we checked. Sure enough the profile had been deactivated. That same reader tested the link again on Tuesday. It is back to working. Anandeep reactivated his profile on Facebook. Here it is again for all to see.

Kiran Chagger has been busy viewing our blog again. Quite a few hits from her since last Wednesday.

Still waiting on the information from the DGP. Contact is to be made today from the UK so possibly have a bit of news. Just be patient as we know how our system works here. Everything is slow. As an indicator it has been 10 months since Anandeep was called in and the news report broke in the Punjab Kesari, and it is just now coming to a close on the investigation and being sent to the court for trial. The FIR register wasn't received for 7 months after the complaint was lodged. But with the USA and UK involved, results are happening faster than normal.

Off Topic But a Very Sad Case of Honour Killing

It has been 10 days since journalist Nirupama Pathak was found dead at her parents' home in Koderma and there have been many twists in the tale that began as a suspected honour killing case.

Nirupama's mother was arrested soon after post mortem reports revealed that the 23-year-old had died due to smothering. The mother was released on a three-day parole yesterday to attend the last rites of her daughter.

Which is quite sick considering she murdered her daughter and the police think so as well!

US Embassy Contact with the DGP

The US Embassy had contact today with the DGP Punjab, P.S. Gill. They were informed the investigation of Anandeep Singh Chaggar's cyber crimes has been completed and it is now going to court! Huge victory.

The DGP is emailing a copy of the investigation results to the US Embassy and they will pass it along to the parties involved and to the UK High Commission (if the DGP has not done this). Once we receive the report results we will be sure to post.

Waiting for the updates

We are waiting for phone call from Mr. Mataru from High Court. His call was returned and information was discussed, to which he was waiting til Monday to find out all the matters and report back. Just bare with us on this.

And thankfully Sonia got a job and isn't frequenting the blog any longer. Taking care of her husband and baby must not have been a priority to stay off the blog and let her brother, Anandeep, who is the culprit do things himself. Now finally she is working and it seems to keep her away from here and posting her comments but not responding to others when our readers question her. Also, Kiran returned to work from months off of having her daughter.

More Update

I haven't posted in some time only because the information we have received has been very positive in the case and has been first hand from the DGP--Director General of Police Punjab. The evidence given in the case, the admittance from culprit, and links they have said are surely to bring the best outcome in the eyes of justice. I would like to write specifics but fear if I do it will put the Chagger's into an idea of what is going to happen and then they might try to lure it away again as they did when the DSP Balwinder Singh was involved. Of course they will try anything to keep Anandeep out of the hands of justice, even if it is illegal. To give them more information would be silly on our parts because it would give them an edge. Spoke to the DGP's personal officer. Again as stated below Sh. Mittal is/has personally investigated this and it is in the Crime Wing. Everything is being examined in this case and things were stated such clear evidence and the admission of Anandeep Chagger that this will have the best outcome. We have received information regarding the complaints to the PSHRC which is exciting news because they have acted swiftly. K.K. Bhatnagar and L.R. Roojam has requested the matter to move forward and proceed with the law accordingly!! Paperwork of 14 pages was submitted yesterday for this to move forward and now will await another response.

Bit of information for the Chaggar children. Sonia and Kiran are not using proxy servers like Anandeep. Anandeep still doesn't know how to become a man and just stay on this site with his own ip. Probably out of fear base because when the FIR was launched against him he went out and changed his ISP providers a day or two before the report came out in the Punjab Kesari. Anandeep, your proxy servers you are using do not hide you sir.

It was brought to our attention a former family friend of the Chaggers (not a friend now since the news broke of Anandeep's behaviour) was told by Sonia that this was a plot against him (Anandeep) and that all of the information about the relationships with the one girl particular was shown to the family according to dates. Yes, it was according to dates. That is due in part to Anandeep's lying. To show a pattern that he was lying to this girl, her family and to his own family about that girl. It was shown according to dates to proove the pattern of himself getting into "obscenity" while living in the UK and after he came back to India. The dates were proven to show he was telling one girl in the UK he had moved back to India (Sept 2007) yet still in the UK, to prove he was lying to another family and in the same time frame (of two days) he was fooling another girl's family whom he was meeting for potential marriage and telling his distance family to not share any news of this potential arrangement on internet sites such as orkut or facebook...and why would that be? So the girls family he was fooling (in the USA) wouldn't find out and report him for the IT Act Section 67a.

Sonia, you simple minded bai; how would you like it if your husband (whom you were just only meeting for marriage) was lying to girls, sending obscenities, lying to your parents, his parents, and other girls parents like this, then going to meet you for marriage? This man was doing so many wrongs to a few women all at the same time and starting from the time he moved to the UK. Why would he do this? Temptation. He was in the UK away from his family and thought he could do indecent acts and not get found out. He thought he could commit indecent acts with women and against and not be found out by you or the family he was an immoral character.

Copy of the F.I.R.

Remember DSP Balwinder Singh said there was no FIR, no file, etc. We have obtained a copy of the FIR from SHO Amrik Chahal. Here it is and for those who can't read Punjabi script, the last bit says, "todays report : after the police received the email the FIR has been registered under 294, 500, 509 IPC and 67, 67 A, which is against the misusing of Information Technology ACT in which special report will be prepared and is now being sent to the High Court Mr. Satpal Singh 1249 who is appointed as a Magistrate and to the other officials is also being sent to the DSP Phagwara for further investigations and the control room has also been reported thru wireless message

so the investigations are on the record and is considered now serious. "

Somehow the DSP Mohali got it (obviously through the Chaggars) and tried to intervene, but luck on the side of the victims in this case as the USA Embassy and UK High Commission is now involved.

E.Mails and evidence

Chaggar family feel Anandeep was mind played into sending the video of himself masturbating; he would never have done it if he hadn't been "allured". I will be posting some emails dis-crediting this claim. 2005 email Anandeep asks for nude pics from a woman he met in chat. 2005 sex chat logs he encourages a female to talk dirty with. 2006 and 2007 emails he has written and acknowledged he forced women to speak in an obscene manner to him for sexual purposes. I also have chat log from 8/2007 where Anandeep asks a girl if she shaves her vagina.

All of these emails are handed over by the victims. Will post soon, have to edit their email addresses so they do not get hacked.
