What is the Sikh attitude towards masturbation?
Lust or uncontrolled sexual desire is one of the five evils that Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji warns us about time and time again. Masturbation, also referred to as Self-Sex, involves lustful thoughts that inspires or encourages more sexual thoughts and acts, and is therefore not appropriate for a Sikh to engage in. This is mostly seen in adolescence period as they want to satisfy their sexual needs. It is for self pleasure (sexual pleasure using with own or others hands or objects).
In the Sikh way of life masturbation is not considered an acceptable option for quenching physical desire. The Sikh of the Guru has the best option to search for and find the TRUE source of satisfaction and fulfilment in life. Master your mind at this age and you will master the world while quite young.
Guru Gobind Singh Ji says:
ਖਾਲਸਾ ਸੋਇ ਕਰੇ ਨਿਤ ਜੰਗ ।
"The Khalsa is the one who daily engages in battle (with their internal enemies, i.e. the five vices)"
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji says:
ਇਸੁ ਤਨ ਮਨ ਮਧੇ ਮਦਨ ਚੋਰ ॥ ਜਿਨਿ ਗਿਆਨ ਰਤਨੁ ਹਿਰਿ ਲੀਨ ਮੋਰ ॥
ਮੈ ਅਨਾਥੁ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਹਉ ਕਾਹਿ ॥ ਕੋ ਕੋ ਨ ਬਿਗੂਤੋ ਮੈ ਕੋ ਆਹਿ ॥੧॥
"(As a consequence of my fickle mind, now) within the body and mind are thieves like sexual desire, which has stolen my jewel of spiritual wisdom. I am a poor orphan, O God; unto whom should I complain? Who has not been ruined by sexual desire? What am I? ||1||"

No matter what your age or situation, a good way to control your sexual energy is by doing a lot of physical exercise. You need to sweat, sweat, sweat. Run, play soccer, basketball, cricket - what ever sport you like. Long cold showers are also good for transmitting sexual energy, and they are great for the nervous system. Do something creative, like painting, writing, or cycling - what ever you like! The important thing is to use some discipline. Do the above things on a regular basis and if you are spontaneously hit with sexual desires, instead of reaching for the computer, go do something I mentioned above. If you are serious about wanting to control this energy, then you will have to discipline yourself into helping yourself.
MEDICAL SIDE-EFFECTS
According to science, practising masturbation makes one weak and can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances. Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/ parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively practices masturbation.
The side effects of such changes to the body include:
* Fatigue
* Feeling tired all the time
* Lower back pain
* Stress / Anxiety
* Thinning hair / Hair Loss
* Soft / Weak Erection
* Premature Ejaculation
* Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
* Groin / Testicular Pain
* Peyronie's disease
* Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone
Through constant Ardaas (prayer) asking for God's help & blessings along with Japping Naam (meditating on God's Name) and keeping company of the Saadh Sangat (the company of the Holy) the five thieves (lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego) run away. In addition cold showers, heavy exercise, altering one's diet, and limiting the sources of your visual stimulation help to control Kaam (sexual desires).
Gurbani says:
"Gauree, Fifth Mehl: Save me, O My Father God. I am worthless and without virtue; all virtues are Yours. ||1||Pause|| The five vicious thieves (lust, anger, greed, attachment and ego) are assaulting my poor being; save me, O Savior Lord! They are tormenting and torturing me. I have come, seeking Your Sanctuary. ||1|| Trying all sorts of things (to save myself from these five vicious thieves), I have grown weary, but still, they will not leave me alone. But I have heard that they can be rooted out, in the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy; and so I seek their Shelter. ||2|| In their Mercy, I have met Your Saints, and from them I have obtained satisfaction. The Saints have given me the Mantra which makes one Fearless (against the five vicious thieves), and now I practice the Word of the Guru's Shabad in my life. ||3|| (As a result of the spiritual peace giving Bani) I have now conquered those terrible evil-doers, and my speech is now sweet and sublime. Says Nanak! (now) the Divine Light has dawned within my mind; I have obtained that state of Nirvaanaa where no desire can effect me. ||4||4||125||"

GENERAL SELF-CONTROL GUIDANCE FOR MASTURBATION
1. Never touch the intimate parts of your body except during normal toilet processes. Avoid being alone as much as possible. Find good company and stay in this good company.
2. If you are associated with other persons having this same problem, you must break off their friendship. Never associate with other people having the same weakness. Don't suppose that two of you will quit together, you never will. You must get away from people of that kind. Just to be in their presence will keep your problem foremost in your mind. The problem must be taken out of your mind for that is where it really exists. Your mind must be on other and more wholesome things.
3. When you bathe, do not admire yourself in a mirror. Never stay in the bath more than five or six minutes -- just long enough to bathe and dry and dress and then get out of the bathroom into a room where you will have some member of your family present.
4. When in bed, if that is where you have your problem for the most part, dress yourself for the night so securely that you cannot easily touch your vital parts, and so that it would be difficult and time consuming for you to remove those clothes. By the time you started to remove protective clothing you would have sufficiently controlled your thinking that the temptation would leave you.
5. If the temptation seems overpowering while you are in bed, get out of bed and go into the kitchen and fix yourself a snack, even if it is in the middle of the night, and even if you are not hungry, and despite your fears of gaining weight. The purpose behind this suggestion is that you get your mind on something else. You are the subject of your thoughts, so to speak.
6. Never read pornographic material. Never read about your problem. Keep it out of mind. Remember -- "First a thought, then an act." The thought pattern must be changed. You must not allow this problem to remain in your mind. When you accomplish that, you soon will be free of the act.
7. Put wholesome thoughts into your mind at all times. Read Gurbani and translations, read good books about the life of good Gursikhs and read about Sikh history. Morning, evening and bedtime, make it a routine to read Nitnem, and also read or listen to Gurbani during the day to keep the mind uplifted and occupied with the divine sound.
8. Pray. But when you pray, don't pray about this problem, for that will tend to keep it in your mind more than ever. Pray for faith, pray for understanding of Gurbani, pray for humanity etc, but keep the problem out of your mind by not mentioning it ever -- not in conversation with others, not in your prayers. Keep it out of your mind!
The attitude of a person toward his problem has an effect on how easy it is to overcome. It is essential that a firm commitment be made to control the habit. As a person understands his reasons for the behaviour, and is sensitive to the conditions or situations that may trigger a desire for the act, he develops the power to control it.

SUGGESTIONS
1. Pray daily, ask for the gifts of Naam, that which will strengthen you against temptation. Pray fervently and out lout when the temptations are the strongest.
2. Follow a program of vigorous daily exercise. The exercises reduce emotional tension and depression and are absolutely basic to the solution of this problem. Double your physical activity when you feel stress increasing.
3. When the temptation to masturbate is strong, yell WAHEGURU to those thoughts as loudly as you can in your mind and then recite a pre-chosen Bani or Paath (Mool Mantar, Japji Sahib, Chaupai Sahib or Sukhmani Sahib etc) or sing a Shabad. It is important to turn your thoughts away from the selfish need to indulge.
4. Set goals of abstinence, begin with a day, then a week, month, year and finally commit to never doing it again. Until you commit yourself to _never again_ you will always be open to temptation. Remember Guru Ji's words:
ਨਿਮਖ ਕਾਮ ਸੁਆਦ ਕਾਰਣਿ ਕੋਟਿ ਦਿਨਸ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਹਿ ॥
ਘਰੀ ਮੁਹਤ ਰੰਗ ਮਾਣਹਿ ਫਿਰਿ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਬਹੁਰਿ ਪਛੁਤਾਵਹਿ ॥੧॥
"For a moment of sexual pleasure, you shall suffer in pain for millions of days. For an instant, you may savor pleasure, but afterwards, you shall regret it, again and again. ||1||
(Ang 403)
5. Change in behaviour and attitude is most easily achieved through a changed self-image. Spend time every day imagining yourself strong and in control, easily overcoming tempting situations. Maintain your Sikhi Saroop and wear the 5 Ks. Look and focus on your Kara, Kirpan or looking in the mirror at your Sikhi Saroop to remind you that you are the son or daughter of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and what character the Guru expects from us.
6. Begin to work daily on a self-improvement program. Relate this plan to improving your seva, simran, sangat, to improving your relationships with your family, God and others. Strive to enhance your strengths and talents.
7. Be outgoing and friendly. Force yourself to be in the company of good people and learn to enjoy working and talking to them. Avoid Sangat, company, with those who talk or act in ways that promote lust and sexual desires or stimulation.
8. Be aware of situations that depress you or that cause you to feel lonely, bored, frustrated or discouraged. These emotional states can trigger the desire to masturbate as a way of escape. Plan in advance to counter these low periods through various activities, such as reading a Gurbani, reading a Sikhi book, going to the Gurdwara and doing seva, visiting a friend, doing something athletic, etc.
9. Make a pocket calendar for a month on a small card. Carry it with you, but show it to no one. If you have a lapse of self control, colour the day black. Your goal will be to have no black days. The calendar becomes a strong visual reminder of self control and should be looked at when you are tempted to add another black day. Keep your calendar up until you have at least three clear months.
10. A careful study will indicate you have had the problem at certain times and under certain conditions. Try and recall, in detail, what your particular times and conditions were. Now that you understand how it happens, plan to break the pattern through counter activities.
11. In the field of psychotherapy there is a very effective technique called aversion therapy. When we associate or think of something very distasteful with something which has been pleasurable, but undesirable, the distasteful thought and feeling will begin to cancel out that which was pleasurable. If you associate something very distasteful with your loss of self-control it will help you to stop the act. For example, if you are tempted to masturbate, think of having to bathe in a tub of worms, and eating several of them as you do the act.
12. Wear a Kachhera at all times including the shower. As per Gur Maryada, when putting on a fresh Kachhera, take one leg out and put the other leg in, etc. During your toileting and shower activities leave the bathroom door or shower curtain partly open, to discourage being alone in total privacy. Take cool or cold brief showers.
13. Arise immediately in the mornings. Do not lie in bed awake, no matter what time of day it is. Get up and do something. Start each day with an enthusiastic activity.
14. Keep your bladder empty. Refrain from drinking large amounts of fluids before retiring.
15. Reduce the amount of spices and condiments in your food. Eat as lightly as possible at night.
16. Wear pajamas that are difficult to open, yet loose and not binding.
17. Avoid people, situations, television programmes or commercials, pictures or reading materials that might create sexual excitement.
18. If you an Amrithdhari, then hold on to your Kirpan with both hands when going to sleep and keep thinking of the commitment to a higher principled way of life.
19. In very severe cases it may be necessary to tie a hand to the bed frame with a tie in order that the habit of masturbating in a semi-sleep condition can be broken. This can also be accomplished by wearing several layers of clothing which would be difficult to remove while half asleep.
20. Set up a reward system for your successes. It does not have to be a big reward. A quarter in a receptacle each time you overcome or reach a goal. Spend it on something which delights you and will be a continuing reminder of your progress.
21. Do not let yourself return to any past habit or attitude patterns which were part of your problem. Satan never gives up. Be calmly and confidently on guard. Keep a positive mental attitude. You can win this fight! The joy and strength you will feel when you do will give your whole life a radiant and spiritual glow of satisfaction and fulfillment.

He is on holiday until the end of January.
Evidence from 3 victims have been put forward which include the video of Anandeep masturbating, vulgar song in Punjabi language, links to pornographic websites given from Anandeep, as well as an email address and password Anandeep sent to victims which he stated he and his friends used to access pornographic websites. Anandeep had encouraged the sending of obscene pictures and receiving of obscene pictures, as well as obscene text messaging, obscene chat via MSN messenger, and in real time. Other friends which have been named are Parminder Singh Seehra of the UK, Harjit Singh of the UK, and an unknown source. Anandeep had told victims he and his friend, Parminder had hired prostitutes at their home in Coventry, Warwickshire, United Kingdom. Postal code ending in CV1 5LN. This is a direct violation of IPC Section 67A. which is also enforceable when an Indian citizen participates in acts outside of his country which are not illegal or legal in the country they are residing in at that time. This means any of Anandeep's friends who have been named can be arrested upon entry to India and/or extradited to India from the United Kingdom.
Upon further inspection, it has been deemed some sort of exchange of hands has taken place with Narinder Singh Chagger (Father of Anandeep Singh Chagger and proprietor of Ajanta Electricals in Phagwara) and DSP Mohali Balwinder Singh. Also, several witnesses were harassed by Narinder Singh Chagger to stay out of the case.
In light of this, agencies & governmental offices of the UK and USA (and stationed in Delhi) and NGO's in India are now becoming further involved in this case and pressure will be put upon the police to bring justice and order. We have been told solicitors for the victims residing in the UK will be arranged by offices in Delhi for the cyber crime filings.

Ms. Haleton with the USA Consulate was reached by phone today. She has received the file and has 2 people in contact with the Punjab Police for the cyber crimes. Contact will be made later today for this matter as it all unfolds.
Mr. Lettington with the UK Home Office and the UK High Commission in India has been given the information, evidence, contact made, registered mail delivery reports, etc and is now involved in getting solicitors from Delhi for the other victims involved. The Victim Support Organisation in the UK (for victims of crimes abroad) have also been contacted and are well on their way to help.
I don't assume the Chaggars can buy their way out of the government's involvements. Their might just be more investigations further and deeper into their issues.

Anandeep Singh Chagger lies to his mom, his father, his sisters, the victims, and their families. He lies to friends, workers, anyone!
This shows a pattern of lies. Also in the email from his sister it says he tells their mom he wants to get away from the victim but sends her money. We have the email which will be put up tomorrow from him asking for her account number. We will also put up the chat logs where she refuses to give him the number AND demands his code to return it.
Anandeep Singh Chagger wanted to send the victim money thinking this would hush things from being reported to the police. That he could BUY their silence and his cyber crimes would not get reported. That is now why he is pulling the black mailing defence. Yet, the true purpose for the posting of this now is to show the out and out liar Anandeep Singh Chagger is because he lies to everyone, including his family, and the pattern of behaviour is shown to prove it. Pre-February 09 he was trying to do everything he could to keep things going smooth as long as he wasn't getting reported to the police and once he found out in January 09 he was getting reported, he wanted to get away from things, telling his mom this withouth telling her the REAL REASON why. Late February he has heard nothing in regards to police and so he starts to bring up his feelings again and say x, y, and z. As we all know here in India it takes a long time for the police to act on things. Registering a complaint from other countries doesn't happen in the blink of an eye. It takes time as well. Just as it has taken time to get the truth out, get the DSP involved, etc it took time to get the FIR taken and filed. There is proof of trying to register the FIR as early as January 09.
What we have here is again Anandeep Singh Chagger lying to everyone in regards to each thing from how he met these women, how involved he was, that he wanted to back off, and then again back on. There is a super large paper trail dating back years regarding his victims. All have been handed over to the organizations who will be helping the cases of the cyber crimes he committed.

Tis a shame the Chaggers blame their long time friends, the Sokhi's for Anandeep's investigation. Yea, you read it right, they blame another family. The Sokhi's didn't tell the Chaggers Anandeep was going to be investigated, although Anandeep knew for 4 months he would be turned into the police for making the masturbation video. He was told to inform his father. Soniya Chagger also knew when she called one girls home to see if she could stop anything. This was 6 weeks before he was questioned. So why did they blame the Sokhi's for Anandeep Chagger's crimes? Not warning them when Anandeep knew all along? It is easiest to blame the outside when the culprit is staring right at you.

Meetings
Everything has gone well. I have met with 3 individuals from LFHR and spoken with Mr. Gandhi. Higher offices of 3 continents contacted and meetings awaited with them for next week. Tuesday was the official return of this work week for most of the offices. Things are looking great with this and getting backing.
I meet by phone with 2 families today. If they allow, I can post details. However, with the lurkers of the Chagger family looking to find out what is in process, that might be a tasked which is stopped. We've already known the games they play to get their criminal deeds covered.
The importance is backing and it is there. No more covering up.

This is a direct violation of IPC Section 67A. which is also enforceable when an Indian citizen participates in acts outside of his country which are not illegal or legal in the country they are residing in at that time. This means any of Anandeep's friends who have been named can be arrested upon entry to India and/or extradited to India from the United Kingdom.
Upon further inspection, it has been deemed some sort of exchange of hands has taken place with Narinder Singh Chagger (Father of Anandeep Singh Chagger and proprietor of Ajanta Electricals in Phagwara) and DSP Mohali Balwinder Singh. Also, several witnesses were harassed by Narinder Singh Chagger to stay out of the case.
In light of this, agencies & governmental offices of the UK and USA (and stationed in Delhi) and NGO's in India are now becoming further involved in this case and pressure will be put upon the police to bring justice and order. We have been told solicitors for the victims residing in the UK will be arranged by offices in Delhi for the cyber crime filings.

Dec 31, 2009 – **Chandigarh, India. Anandeep Singh Chagger admits to police he made the masturbation video of himself and passed it to people over the internet. In a bizarre twist, he puts forward a vulgar song and email he says he received via the internet, further showing more violations of the Indian IT Act, Section 67 A. on his part.
DSP Balwinder Singh of Mohali questioned the song and email to which it was informed the items in question were sent from countries which do not have a obscenity laws as India does. More proof was put forward to show Anandeep's asking for these items. DSP Balwinder Singh had no reply when asked how long this would take for further investigation or for an arrest. He is on holiday until the end of January.
Evidence from 3 victims have been put forward which include the video of Anandeep masturbating, vulgar song in Punjabi language, links to pornographic websites given from Anandeep, as well as an email address and password Anandeep sent to victims which he stated he and his friends used to access pornographic websites. Anandeep had encouraged the sending of obscene pictures and receiving of obscene pictures, as well as obscene text messaging, obscene chat via MSN messenger, and in real time. Other friends which have been named are Parminder Singh Seehra of the UK, Harjit Singh of the UK, and an unknown source. Some knowledge came forward regarding bribery of the police. The bribery was informed via informant on recorded phone call. I cannot go into depths of this because action is being sought. Now, due to this case being on 3 different continents, we have involved Lawyers for Human Rights International. They will be working with "Voices for Freedom USA" and "Amnesty International UK".
Documents submitted by Narinder Chagger are not valid and he has tried to make it look as if a victim demanded money. I know the family is reading this blog so will just say that an email shows the victim wanted nothing to do with this money. The other 2 victims have put forward their evidences. Now we hear a payout was made. It was time to get the bigger organizations involved. The DNA case is still pending due to the Chagger family trying to ignore letters and phone calls.

Blaming-Get real
An email was sent to me over the time Iwas away saying other people are being blamed for Anandeep Chagger's wrong ways. I can't see how anyone could blame another but Anandeep Chagger. He is the man who talked sexually to women. He asked for sexual and nude pictures. He made the video of himself masturbating. He also sent links to porn sites and other porn videos. Can other's really be blamed for what he has done wrong? Our society, relationships, culture goes with this. It is easier to blame someone else than hold yourself or the true person in the wrong and take responsibility. The man is a pathological liar. Would you expect his parents to be any less? His family to be any less? No.
Coming from a backwards environment we should have all expected fingers would be pointed at others to say they are at fault instead of looking into their circle and seeing the true demon. The Chagger's have a history of sinning ways which will never be cleansed until they look within, at themselves. That may not happen and it will keep repeating.
The sisters obviously want to keep on what is happening to inform the family. Sonia visits almost every day. But nothing here from her. Scared to leave a mark because she does know when she looks at her brother wht the truth is but doesn't want to say it. Anandeep visits under private proxy himself. All hiding, without courage, as the snakes they are for what he has done. Lives ruined by him. He is no less than a sexual predator and one who lies and manipulates to harm his victims further.

It will come soon. I had gone to Mumbai for personal reasons. I've met with the Cyber Crime Unit there and discussed the case. I've also discussed via phone with another news source who wants to do a story. Once I get all of the info I will post. I am awaiting a call from the SSP.

Email Received Warning
Sister of one victim receieved an email warning her of the Chaggers and their intent. See the first picture. I blocked out the email address because of the hacking issues. The sister emailed Anandeep's older sister and gave her a piece of her mind. They are the 2nd and 3rd pictures.
Who is warning these women? Something must be happening in Phagwara to cause an unknown to warn.

Clearing Up Confusion
Did the readers know all victims of Anandeep Singh Chagger were met from the internet? Not via University as he told his parents? He was supposed to tell his parents the truth, but did not. He me them in online chat rooms like yahoo pool. He made up the story about meeting the in-depth girl at his university. Completely false. Passport stamps can prove this. They met online and then met in person November 21st, 2007 in Coventry and then again in London two days later. Never before that had they met. He wanted to keep his lie going as long as he could with his parents. She wanted to tell the truth. He met the other girls from the UK online. He was also told to tell his dad of the findings of his videos by a relative of one girl, and that they would be reported. This was about one year ago, but Anandeep begged to give him more time. It wasn't blackmail, the relative was going to report it no matter what, but holding off because of the pain with the girl involved. Anandeep knew all along the videos and songs were getting reported to the police. Why didn't he inform his family? The relative told him to inform his family of his findings and he would be reported.

Breaking News!
Anandeep has admitted to making the video!!
We said there would be more to post. And there is. Anandeep also claims one girl sent him a song titled "Me So Horny". But he did not divulge (chat log proves otherwise) he requested and kept insisting the song to be sent to him after an explanation of how vulgar it is. The tune to it was used to make another song. Anandeep is essentially again showing he committed more cyber crimes by asking for the vulgar song. Which is illegal in India. In the UK and USA pornography of any sort unless child pornography is not illegal to distribute, sell, view, etc. And he gave an email forward called "Kama Sutra vs. PC Engineer" to which he left the pc engineer part out of the forward. It was a joke form showing the PC engineer having to bend over the PC and how it matches kama sutra positions. Again, not illegal for the people who forwarded the email. :) The girl who forwarded it from the person she got it from said in the body of it "hmmm kinda silly but oh well".
Then there is the issue of a wire transfer made from Anandeep to the girl. Luckily for her she has the chat log where she is severely angry at him for sending it. And she never gave him her account details and never asked for the money. One must question why he is trying to prove otherwise? From the chat log of December 2009 that I have been given she very much states he was to never send her anything and she never asked for it. He says he wanted to send it and to just take the money.
Interesting twist of plots. Will write further on this but have time restraints at the moment. If I can get permission to post I will with the evidence.

I had a strong discussion last night about the break in of email accounts. 3 people's emails were hijacked; one containing huge amounts of evidence in this cyber crime case.
As well, victims are now being harassed and friends and family, and this has been done in past but not brought to the foreground until now. This has come to light in recent days. Why must people be harassed for telling the truth and for being acquainted with all of this? Is the family of the accused that scared? What is the real reason?
One victim was told she was married 3 times. We did research into that and it says same day and month for the marriages. That is not possible. How can a person be married 3 times to different people in the same month and year? Also, the spelling of the last name is not hers. As well anyone can go to a registrar office to get married and only something as little as an ID card is required. Anyone can obtain an ID card in anyone's name. We contacted sites in the Uk in which they claim "they do not guarantee the accuracy of the records made public". Also, anyone at anytime can put forward a complaint and file to have untrue records removed from the system. That matter is being dealt with now. Also it states, "We check that both the bride and groom are stated on the same certificate when checking marriage references. You can apply under one name but if you cross reference both parties the reference numbers must be identical. However, there is more than one marriage on each page of the original records, so cross referencing does not guarantee they married each other". The Data Protection Act governing body has been contacted for concern over leakage of other private information which is not legal to do. If found information was accessed without legal cause complaints will be put forth to the known parties.
None of this marriage stuff matters because it has nothing to do with the cyber crime. It is good it was brought to the surface so that the matter can be cleared in records if need be. The accused family is grasping for something. If relationships had to do with the cyber crime then the matters of being lied too and false marriage promises, harassment to suicide, with the medical records, etc would be investigated and that turned over to the police. There is no investigation of it. That is not why the FIR was launched.
We were going to put up the proof of the videos, song, etc but have now decided against it. We will leave that where it needs to be so that all things can be proven. Otherwise it just gives the family of the accused a heads up of what they can expect. Why bother giving them that control? They already think they have control with trying to discredit people, yet when things are shown, facts/evidence are in place they will see how they too were fooled by the culprit.

Mohali Police
Mohali Police met with Anandeep's father. Apparently he is trying to claim one girl involved has been married several times and is still married. Interesting twist because that is what Narinder Chagger's own father had done. Could it be he is using his reality to try to blow smoke on the case? This is far from the truth and he knows it. It is common knowledge us Indian people always try to lay blame when one is in trouble with the law. Do we question if this is what the Chagger's did with the police regarding Mehar Chagger? Said the mistress was married, even though it was him? Married with children and then fathered more out of wedlock? The Chagger's have a pattern of misconduct with women that brings to another point.
Police were told all of this was pre-planned. How was that pre-planned? And that one victim is doing this for money. Again absurdity. No one has demanded money and from the Chaggers they have no money to gain! Just another ploy to blow smoke into the evidence and try to lure people away from the truth. The only request that has been made is for dna. To PROVE Narinder Chagger is wrong in his words. Also was said that the video of Anandeep masturbating could have been dled from the net. Shame on you Anandeep Chagger for your lies and deceit, to your own family! You know you admitted to the video in which you said to the family member, "she wanted that, she asked me to make it". Can't get around solid evidence and forensics. The toilet , the tiles, even ...I won't say it because you might be reading and getting the information in which you could try to avoid.
Did Anandeep tell his parents he lied to them at the time he spent with one girl while his mom was there? She thinks it was once but it was more. Brittania Hotel ring a bell? Told his roommate he was going to see his sister in Birmingham and he wasn't. 2 days before the graduation. Anandeep Chagger is a sociopathic liar. He gets it from the rest of his family. They like to lay blame on everyone else and not see the faults they made in their lives. WaheGuru is all knowing.
The girl who wrote the letter down below has messaged me to say her email account was hacked. I will no longer put people in touch with her directly. I implore anyone to hack to my email account. But that is the only way you can get the evidence now. Only through me. Vich brings another remembrance. The police were told (Kapurthala) that the email address used to email them was their auntie's. No it was not. This email had no "s" at the end. It didn't say their name, none of the sort. As factual it was set up because of the email which went around from Anandeep's uncle, to him, to his sisters with the picture of a girl for marriage. A picture which was being passed around while he had faked running off and which was done right after he left the offline msn msg for one girl which is shown above AND dated. The idea for the email address was from that only. It is not illegal to set up a similar email acount. If something was trying to be hidden why would the evidence sent to the police come from that account?
I will leave you with some chat logs left by Anandeep to one girl. Since his family is calling her some choice words I felt it best to show his true feelings for her at one time, until he was caught. The Chagger's are so very eager to say it all is someone else's fault and not their own. It takes 2 hands to clap. If it weren't illegal in our country I would post the emails Anandeep requested of one girl in the UK which are nude. He asked for nude pictures. He sent links to porn sites and a song called "the phudi remix" to girls. WOMEN. The properties value and msn...again won't go there but it is all the more proof he did commit cyber crimes. 3 other women have come forward. It sounds like Anandeep has a thirst for pornography, but with this family it could be sure to say the girls are the bad women and not him. We shall see what we can post and do it.

The girl who wrote the letter down below has messaged me to say her email account was hacked. I will no longer put people in touch with her directly. I implore anyone to hack to my email account. But that is the only way you can get the evidence now. Only through me. Vich brings another remembrance. The police were told (Kapurthala) that the email address used to email them was their auntie's. No it was not. This email had no "s" at the end. It didn't say their name, none of the sort. As factual it was set up because of the email which went around from Anandeep's uncle, to him, to his sisters with the picture of a girl for marriage. A picture which was being passed around while he had faked running off and which was done right after he left the offline msn msg for one girl which is shown above AND dated. The idea for the email address was from that only. It is not illegal to set up a similar email acount. If something was trying to be hidden why would the evidence sent to the police come from that account?
I will leave you with some chat logs left by Anandeep to one girl. Since his family is calling her some choice words I felt it best to show his true feelings for her at one time, until he was caught. The Chagger's are so very eager to say it all is someone else's fault and not their own. It takes 2 hands to clap. If it weren't illegal in our country I would post the emails Anandeep requested of one girl in the UK which are nude. He asked for nude pictures. He sent links to porn sites and a song called "the phudi remix" to girls. WOMEN. The properties value and msn...again won't go there but it is all the more proof he did commit cyber crimes. 3 other women have come forward. It sounds like Anandeep has a thirst for pornography, but with this family it could be sure to say the girls are the bad women and not him. We shall see what we can post and do it.

This blog has turned in to a way to update the public on the case in Phagwara and the cases abroad regarding Anandeep Singh Chaggar. The anonymous friend comment about Anandeep reminded me to point out a simple fact. A lot of us males (whether you admit it or not) look at indecency on the net, person, etc and probably even trade things with our mates, play songs, links and other various things. Most of the males doing this do not get caught or do not get turned in.
It does NOT make this legal activity in our country and it does not mean those who are doing this aren't breaking the law every day.
The fact is Anandeep Chagger was turned in. He did break the law. He violated (not only the women he victimized) but the IPC 294 and Section 67a. of the IT Act regarding obscenity. That is what the cyber case is about.
And there is more than enough evidence to prove he is the culprit.

There is a recorded phone call from the culprits sister to a victim, where she admits the family is angry and upset with the culprit and they couldn't believe he had done this. Please email the media centre and you can have all of the evidence. No one is being framed and no one would dare point this out if it weren't the truth. Women's lives have been ruined because of him. To which one girl is battling for her life. And isn't it always the case, "we think we know someone when we don't".
It is quite possible this culprit lied to you as all of the people involved. Since you are so assured this isn't your friend and he is being framed, why don't you encourage him to submit to the DNA test? At the very least that will resolve any tension in your mind and then you can focus on whether or not he made this video, distributed porn on the net, vulgar songs, and talked vulgar while asking another friend to do so.

We've heard from one of the families that Narinder Singh Chaggar has wrote a letter to the police stating his son is being "blackmailed" by one girl involved in the case.

Lies and Video Tape
We received details from the SSP Kapurthala regarding the case against Anandeep Singh Chagger. Anandeep's statement said he was not the one who sent a video, did not send a foul song, nor did not tell a friend to speak dirty to another girl. His statement was written that he wasn't the only one online chatting and these weren't sent from him. He signed this statement knowing full well he made a videotape of himself masturbating. He signed this statement knowing fully well he sent an obscene song over the internet, not just to one victim, but others, and he signed this statement knowing fully well he told an acquaintance to translate vulgar words from Punjabi to English.
This doesn't come as any surprise because the culprit has lied about many things. One victim was forced to have an abortion (yes his child) and promised her family to marry her. He never told his own family about this or his false promises. He lied about meeting women for marriage, he lied about relationships he had sexually with other women, he lied about playing with women to suit his sick, twisted mind. Does it come as a suprise?
It does not. Mehar Singh Chagger (The late grandfather of Anandeep) married a woman while still married to his first wife. He fathered 2-3 kids with her. She lives in 46 Industrial Area and was granted the rights to some of the property Mehar Singh Chagger owned. Apparently this really angered Narinder Singh Chagger and he has been out for blood ever since! The point to this is lying and cheating runs in the genes. At the least, the late Mehar Singh Chagger was honest enough to help his children from the mistress, whereas Anandeep lied to kill a life. The huge blow to it is Narinder Singh Chagger knew about this forced abortion in which he still feels no one has done any wrong and he is of moral conduct! Maybe he should be asking himself why his family has a pattern of this type of behavior? I doubt he will as he locked his own sister in the house when she wanted to marry out of caste. How can one be moralistic when they have no morals?
We are hoping to do an interview of the daughters to Mehar Singh Chagger. They were treated nicely in the past for some things but that was only so Narinder Singh Chagger could try to get his hands back on their property. What is that called....GREED.

As women call in, email, send letters Mr. Chagger has gone to Sydney, Australia. We wonder how he was able to receive a visa considering he is under investigation in Punjab. In order to receive a visa to visit family one must be of good character, not under investigation, etc.It is quite possible he applied for the visa before the investigation was under way, yet he was to inform the government of the investigation. That's okay, we have already sent the necessary information to Australian Immigration Reports Office as well as NSW Police headquarters to inform them of the FIR #146, the offence, and the person to contact at the Mohali Cyber Crime Station regarding this offence. We are pretty positive the visa will be pulled immediately and Mr. Chagger will be sent home.

I've fallen flat out of my seat. Been reading this blog for the last week and was thinking to myself "hmmm...something just isn't quite right with this dude". Sure enough he is a drop and runner! So not only is the kiddy a potential pervert (hey what am I saying, potential, he is) and he likes to harass the women he messes about. He doesn't just commit cyber crimes he commits harrassment and kills life. Sri Chagger and Mrs Chagger a round applause to you for your wonderful son and coaching him on the morals and and conduct regarding the lives of all humans. Isn't it great your Surd on the outside and on the inside a cold blooded killer. And I bet your father, Sri Chagger, is such of the same. Why don't you face things and submit the test? Sillyness of hiding behind language and phones. This entire case needs huge media attention.

Everyone wonders why the good ones leave India and the bad stay here to pollute this beautiful country and make it one million times worse than it is. Its due to the upbringings of people. The good upbringings want to better their lives and people and the worst ones want to riddle our society with their decay. This man is obviously a cavity on our society and in order to improve india we need to destroy this sort of decay. Shame on this man for thinking he could get away with decaying our society through vulgar acts and shame on him for throwing his decay onto women and harrassing them. The only possible positive to come from this is at least there was an abortion and this mans decay did not spread. I feel for the girl who has had to be destroyed in her own life through his decay and from his parents. Someone should hook up a hoover to his head and suck him out of this world and rid the world of his decay.
